◆ Quality System Audit
Quality System Audit, also called Supplier Qualification Audit or factory audit, is a key to secure your supplying soruce in a consistency way. It will give you detail assesssments or evaluations to help you make decision to start with a new supplier or not.
tiPO LAB conduct an on-site factory audit by our well trained and experienced auditors. So many factories have got some QMS certifiactes though, e.g. ISO 9000 or TS 16949, but they are still making rediculous mistakes or creating incredible quality issues. We know how to find the key points on factorys' quality system, including how they achieve their quality goal, keep contineously improvement, document control, quality records are effective or not, the control points for IQC / IPQC / OQC are resonable, facilities and production lines are well managed and maintained, how the responsibility they take for quality issues,...etc.
tiPO LAB have developed quality system audit checklists not just general QMS questionnaires but specific cheking points as well. The audit reports, suggestions, and improvement plans will be realeased within 48 hours. Our auditors can help customers to follow up all the improvement plans implemented effectively.
◆ Enhanced Process Audit
An Enhanced Process Audit is also refered to as supplier technical audit. It focuses on evaluation of effective of quality assurance system and process quality control. Normally, it is conducted when supplier got severe quality issues or customer compliant, and that is also a best tool on regularly monitoring suppliers.
Some essential docuemnts are needed when we conduct enhanced process audit, e.g. drawings or specifications of some products from customer, QC plans for those products should be prepared by suppliers. tiPO LAB auditors will visit factory to check every detail for their control procedures based on our specific checklists to those processes. Sometime, suppliers' sub-contractors need to be involved as well. Taking connector industrial as an example, their sub-contractors should be injection, stamping and plating factories. Our auditors are well experienced with skills for a variety of factories.
After the audit, verification follow up should be taken, and some quality control tools may be used to avoid recurrence, such as FMEA or SPC. The audit reports, suggestions, and improvement plans will be realeased within 48 hours. Our auditors can help customers to follow up all the improvement plans implemented effectively.
◆ Social Audit
A Soical Audit is to evaluate your suppliers' commitment to a safe and ethical workplace at their factory. It also refer to as Social Compliance Audit or Ethical Audit.
Based cusomter's requirement or international standards such as SA8000 or OHSA18000, tiPO LAB auditors will have on-site audit at the factories to evaluate their working environment, vocational health, safety, social obligations and if they complie with local labor stipulations.
tiPO LAB will issue the audit reports with detail information about social accountability and corrective action plans within 48 hours.
◆ Environment Audit
An Environment Audit assesses the commitment of your suppliers to environmental responsibility and ensure they are compliant with international environment codes and standards. Because environmentally freindly products are becoming more and more improtant and concerned these day.
Based cusomter's requirement or international standards such as ISO 14000, tiPO LAB auditors will have on-site audit at the factories to evaluate their recsource consumption, pollution prevention, emergency preparedness and if they complie with local environment laws.
