Inspectinos, are not enough in some situations. We need more extensive tests, e.g. reliability tests or durability function tests. Basically, these kind of tests are destructive tests or taking time, such as, thermol shock test, RoHS/REACH test, repeatedly matting-unmatting test and salt spray test. But they are essential to ensure product quality, durability and lifetime. Products might be recalled due to above issues, and it can result in damaging brand's reputation and causing increadible financial losses. tiPO LAB has got the certificate of testing laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025 for specific testing methods. Most tests related to connectors or electronic components are available, which include, but not limit to the following LAB Testing capabilityies

If some specific tests need to be conducted in factory, our qualified engineers are able to witness those tests are acceptable in accordance with LAB testing procedures, tiPO LAB will issues such test reports as well.
