PPI - Pre-Production Inspection

A Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) is to access the availablity and identify the risks before mass production. Basically, it comes after first article or approved sample. In this stage, all documents should have been ready, e.g. the lastest drawings, QC Plan, SIP/SOP,... etc.

Our well trained inspectors will go to factory to make sure the raw material, components, well prepared production lines, quality control process, testing methods, and capability for on time delivery.

The Pre-Production Inspection reports will be released within 24 hours.

DPI - During Production Inspection

The During Production Inspection or refered to as IPI (Inline Production Inspection) give more inside into the production lines. Normally, it is initiated when 10% of customer's products are manufactured

In this stage, our inspectors can catch the real states of production, from incoming inspection of raw material or components, semi-finished products, how supplier perform their IPQC and OQC, are finished products meet customer's spec., to the final package. All the quality issues can be addressed and fixed. Some corrective actions need to be taken from such 10% finished parts to avoid whole shipment delayed.

Also, the production schedule will be confirmed and inspection reports will be released within 24 hours

PM - Production Monitoring

Production Monitoring is conducted on unpacked goods which are still on the production line.A inspection team is needed to stay at the factory throughout the production for periods of time in mornitoring the process, inspection of finished products, identifying defects, supervising testing pocedures, and removing defective products for rework, scrape or replacement.

Usually, it occurrs after a failed DPI or PSI. Our engineers will work with suppliers to identify the root causes and make sure the corrective actions are taked effectively and secure products on time delivery for customers.

The reports of Production Monitoring are updated on a daily basis.

PSI - Pre-Shipment Inspection

Pre-Shipment Inspections are conducted when 100% or at least 80% goods are manufactured and packed for delivery. Our inspectors visit supplier's site to do the inspection through randomly selected samples from finished products base on the widely used sampling inspection ISO2859-1.

Each product has speicfic inspection criteria, they can be, dimensions, Electric/Mechanic function, finish treatment, reliablity tests, ROHS, ... etc, most of them are requested by customers, we also can define the suitable inspection specifications for every single item. In addition, quantity, Marking/Labeling, Packing, ...etc are included. All these information are recorded in the inspection reports for your making shipping decision. If PSI failed then some actions need to be taken, e.g. sorting, replacement or rework.

The detail inspection report will be released within 24 hours.

CLI - Container Loading inspection

CLI or referred to as Container Loading Monitoring/Supervision (CLM/CLS), normally, it occurs at the factory site or your forwarder's permissions when PSI is passed.

Our inspectors go to the the loading site to ensure correct quantities, handle with care and properly protected your goods from poor environment or bad weather. We also make sure all the goods are properly loaded inside the container and verify them are free form unexpected damage during transportation.

We have delevoped different container loading inspection checklists and actions for a variety of shipping conditions to make sure you receive the products as good as they are loaded. The CLI report will be released whith 24 hours.
