◆ Defect Sorting

A Defect Sorting is to remove defective parts by 100% inpection or testing from the whole batch to avoid line stop at end user site. Usually, it cames after PSI failed before delviery or unexpected quality issues happened at end customer.

Rework/Repaire

Some products are founded with minor defects that need to be reworked or repaired, such as re-labling, re-packing, or repairing to meet customer's requirements or specifications. It may happen in factory, end customer's warehouse or production lines.

tiPO LAB always get approval of our working instructions from customers before doing sorting, rework or repaire. They can be written documents, pictures or suitable criteria.

All the detail reports with detail inforamtion will be updated on a daily basis.
